Q: How are you different than many other SEO, SEM companies who promise to increase my sales?
A: Sales Logik does not fit the mold of the average SEM or SEO company, we dont pretend or aspire to be either. Our process distinguishes us from operating like many of our competitors, because our goal is to improve upon the inefficiencies that many of them leave for their customers.
We have developed solutions that provide the transparency and depth that many of the others cant or won’t.
Q: Will you be accessing any confidential information about my company?
A: We will be accessing important information about your web site, but ur goal is to make that information safer for you and your business. We store the information to a document called a disaster recovery document. This document will made available to you for safe keeping. Our confidentiality with you is legally binding and it’s our personal commitment to you to be sensitive when dealing with important information.
Q: I am not a techie, will this complicate or change how I do business? Is there anything required of me to do?
A: No, we seek to make things easier for you. Our goal is not to change how you operate your business, but rather its help you improve your bottom line in significant and meaningful ways. The tools we use are straightforward to learn and we explain what we’re doing every step of the way so that later on once you are set up you can monitor your sales and advertising yourself.
Q: What if I dont know how to access my web site?
A: We do everything in our power to do all of the investigative work for you. However, the more information you have readily available the faster we can move to set your business up.
Q: Do you promise results?
A: Setting numerical expectations from the outset is something many SEO, SEM, advertising/marketing agencies often times do to generate new accounts. By overselling and setting high expectations early on, they create a problem for themselves which leaves them scrambling to hit the bar that they set. This in turn leads to misrepresentations in the reporting in order to save face. Its a nasty cyclical process.
We do not set numerical expectations, because we know every business is different and the market for their products and services are different as well. Therefore making a numerical prediction or promise from the outset is unfair to you as it is to us. Our commitment to you is that we will be honest throughout and set expectations we can meet. Results vary differently especially in the beginning; therefore once we get started we can start making adjustments to understand the right combination of tactics that work the best by identifying strong and weak spots in the advertising early on. Once we got the right combination, it’s easy sailing for your business from that point.

A: Yes, we have experience working with businesses that have multiple stores and franchises. We have the ability to scale to meet your needs. Our process does not change and we will devise a strategy that will funnel the data from all of your stores into one central location making our ability to help you manage your sales and advertising much easier. We will apply additional measures and equip you with greater reporting if the situation calls for it to ensure we are achieving your goals.
Q: Do I get to decide how much I want to spend in advertising every month?
A: Yes, every one of our customers have different budgets and preferences and we leave that up to them to decide how much they want to spend in advertising every month.
