What Has Happened…
Throughout much of our lives working in the business world, we have been exposed to much of the corporate doubletalk that has alienated and discouraged many of our average citizens as of late. The emphasis for many businesses to make money overwhelmed the greater responsibility to the consumer and the general public of being transparent and equitable.
Some of these misdoings have been made public and notable in recent years due in large part to their malicious and damaging nature. However, some of the less noticeable, but more widespread transgressions are built upon assumptions that are misrepresented through statistics and facts. Facts and figures are presented without communicating what they mean, by doing this; the message implies that the consumer can assume the direct relevance of these statistics. This practice is hard to crack down on and has remained a part of how some companies sell and promote their products and services. In particular, we have seen many advertising, SEO, SEM, PPC and interactive agencies continue to do business this way as well.
Why We Work…
The malpractices of others became the launch pad for much of what Sales Logik does and stands for today. Our approach to how we operate is different than most. The power of our services lie in the way we use different tools to extract important information about your business and the way it interacts with its consumers and the general marketplace. This information is presented to you so that there is a depth of understanding of what it means for your business going forward and how we can optimize your advertising, lead generation and sales.
We have set our sights on working with small and medium sized businesses for several reasons. One of which is we seek to bring the power of highly sophisticated and expensive tools and analysis to enable the mom and pop shops to compete with their larger competitors at a price that is affordable for them.
Our second motivation is that we want to right the wrongs of what of some of our customers have experienced in the past and to change in a small way the reputation of our community.
And thirdly, we identify with the mom and pop shops, because there is an honesty and reality that is hard to cut through at the corporate level. Our mission is not to be idealistic; it’s to be ambitious and realistic of what we can achieve by working with businesses to do better from the bottom up.
What We Do…
We will identify weak spots and trends in your advertising from month to month by examining consumer inquiries and reactions (phone and online) that were driven by and traced back to the keywords used in your Google Adwords campaign. By doing this, we can define leads that are generated directly from the advertising and leads that are generated by other means, sources and motivations. This creates a true measurement of the effectiveness of the advertising, a measurement that distinguishes the unique differences between a lookup and a lead. This is where many agencies have taken the easy way out in their dealings with their clients; they are watering down their services and overvaluing the end results.
Their motivation to operate in this manner starts and ends with the pressure to deliver and to meet unrealistic expectations set by themselves and the overall SEM community. In the end, however, the customer suffers because of it. With Sales Logik, there is no small print, and we do not make promises that we cannot keep. Our approach is to not tell you what you want to hear, it’s to be open and honest and set expectations that can be achieved in the short term and long term to help your business grow!
